00:00 / For performers who book their own gigs

You do the show.
The crew does the email.

Ampvela sets up six bots on your own Grok Bot account. They draft replies to gig inquiries, chase quotes and deposits, keep your client list and turn your footage into posts. You read, tweak and hit send. Nothing goes out without you.

The problem

Two jobs. One of them is email.

Where bookings leak, in order.
#What happensCost
AThe reply is slow. A planner emails four acts. The first clear answer with a next step usually gets the call.lost gig
BThe follow-up never happens. Quotes go quiet, deposits sit unpaid, last year's holiday-party client never hears from you.lost rebook
CThe footage stays on your phone. Clipping and captioning is a third job nobody has time for.no reach

Crew roster

Six bots. One job each.

You make one bot. It becomes Stage Manager and builds the other five.

Subj: Entertainment for Dec 12 holiday party?

Hi! We're planning our holiday party on Friday Dec 12 at the Harbor Hotel, about 180 guests. Looking for 45 min of entertainment after dinner. Are you available, and what would it cost?

Thanks,
Dana

Hi Dana,

Thanks for thinking of me. Friday Dec 12 is open, and a 45-minute after-dinner set for 180 guests is right in my wheelhouse.

Two quick things so I can send an exact quote today:
1. Rough start time for the set?
2. Is there a stage and mic, or should I bring my own sound?

Here's a 90-second reel: [your reel link]

Best,

Runs on your own account. Your Grok Bot plan, your Google logins.
  • R2
Nothing passes through us. Our server checks your license key and sends the setup. It never sees your email, clients or files.
  • R3
Drafts only by default. No email goes out and nothing is posted until you approve it.

No making things up. Fees, dates and availability come from your rate card and calendar, or the bot asks you.

FAQ

Questions from the green room.

Something missing? Ask in the newsletter. We read replies.
Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can tap + and paste some text, you can install the crew. Stage Manager walks you through the rest.

Do I need my own Grok Bot account?

Yes. The crew runs on your own Grok Bot subscription. That's how your data stays yours. Versions for other assistants come later.

Can you see my email or clients?

No. Everything runs in your account with your logins. Our server only checks your license key and sends the crew setup.

Will it email clients without asking me?

No. Every bot is draft-only by default. You approve replies, quotes and posts. You can switch on auto-send for simple replies later if you want.

Who is it for?

Musicians, comedians, DJs, speakers, magicians and any act that books its own corporate and private gigs.

What does "2 activations" mean?

You can install the crew on up to two Grok Bot accounts, for example if you switch accounts. Your key is tied to the email you bought with.

What happens after 12 months?

Your crew keeps working. The first 12 months include updates and new bots. After that you can choose to renew updates.

What if it's not for me?

Email us within 14 days for a refund. Your license is deactivated when we issue it.
